About Patty

Welcome to In My Element Studio.

I’m Patty, founder of In My Element Studio. I bring branding, marketing and mindfulness together to help wellness entrepreneurs design and grow their business in a way that feels grounded, aligned and connected.

With more than 10 years of experience in branding and creative marketing, I have had the chance to work with yoga teachers, pilates studios, Ayurveda practitioners, retreat creators, care professionals and other conscious brands. In addition, I am also certified in yoga, Ayurveda and sound meditation which gives me a deeper understanding of presence, and the importance of wellness.

Starting a wellness business as a solo entrepreneur is not always easy. Insecurities, pressure, and endless to-do lists can make you lose touch with yourself and your work. Sometimes overwhelm feels closer than progress. I created In My Element Studio to support and guide wellness entrepreneurs in staying connected to themselves while we work together on the foundation, identity and visibility of their brand.

My own journey taught me to trust my intuition and to stay close to my values, my rhythm and my voice. To pause when needed so I can remain “in my element” and work from the heart. These qualities guide the way I shape every project.
