In My Element Studio respects your privacy. Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Dutch law.

  • To deliver digital courses, including the Being In My Element program

4. Digital Courses

If you purchase a digital course:

Your data is used to provide access, manage your account and communicate regarding the course.

Course participation data may be processed to improve course quality and user experience.

5. Email Marketing

If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is used to send updates, insights and offers.

You may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in each email.

Email marketing is handled through a GDPR-compliant third-party provider. A data processing agreement is in place where required.

6. Payments

Payments are processed via secure third-party payment providers such as Stripe or Mollie.

In My Element Studio does not store full credit card details.

Payment providers process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies and GDPR requirements.

7. Website Hosting

The website is hosted via Squarespace.

Squarespace may process technical data such as IP addresses and website behaviour for hosting and security purposes.

8. Cookies & Analytics

The website uses cookies.

Essential cookies are used for proper website functioning.

Non-essential cookies, including Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, may be used to:

  • Analyse website traffic

  • Improve marketing performance

  • Understand visitor behaviour

Where legally required, consent is requested before placing non-essential cookies.

9. Data Sharing

Personal data is shared only when necessary with:

  • Website hosting provider (Squarespace)

Personal data is never sold.

Where required, data processing agreements are in place.

Personal data is not retained longer than necessary.

Financial and invoicing data is retained for seven (7) years in accordance with Dutch tax law.

Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe.

Client project data is retained as long as reasonably necessary for business administration and legal protection.

Some service providers (such as Google, Meta or payment processors) may process data outside the European Economic Area.

Where applicable, appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
