If you purchase a digital course:

Payments are processed via secure third-party payment providers such as Stripe or Mollie.
In My Element Studio does not store full credit card details.
Payment providers process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies and GDPR requirements.
7. Website Hosting
The website is hosted via Squarespace.
Squarespace may process technical data such as IP addresses and website behaviour for hosting and security purposes.
8. Cookies & Analytics
The website uses cookies.
Essential cookies are used for proper website functioning.
Non-essential cookies, including Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, may be used to:
Analyse website traffic

Financial and invoicing data is retained for seven (7) years in accordance with Dutch tax law.
Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe.
Client project data is retained as long as reasonably necessary for business administration and legal protection.
